Only recently built, completed June 2004, and finished to a very high standard, this attractive property makes a very comfortable pied-a-terre for a stay in old Whitstable. The town is renowned for its oysters and varied pubs and restaurants, working harbour, fish market, shops and boutiques, local history museum and much more. The apartment is particularly suitable for those without a car as most amenities are within a short walking distance, including bus stops and railway station.

Canterbury is approximately 6 miles away and, if driving, don't forget your passport for a day trip to France from nearby Dover.

The carefully planned accommodation lies adjacent to the owners' Bed and Breakfast establishment in a pleasant area of Whitstable. The accommodation all on the ground floor includes: a double bedroom plus folding single bed on request, a comfortable open plan sitting/dining room, including TV, Video, Music Centre, a well equipped kitchen including an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath with hand held shower attachment. Please note there is no telephone in the flat.

Outside at the rear there is a pleasant patio with garden furniture and at the front, there is off road parking space for one car.

Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the price.
