This elegant second floor (top) apartment, with superb sea views, is just 20 yards from the lawns of Tankerton Slopes and the unspoilt sand and shingle beach. Whitstable town centre with its seafaring traditions, active harbour, colourful high street, theatre, pubs and many interesting restaurants is just 15 minutes stroll away. Next door there is a very pleasant hotel with bar and restaurant which also serves Sunday lunch carvery.

Local tennis courts, shops and a bus stop are all within 100 yards and Whitstable Railway station is approximately half a mile away. Canterbury, with all its ancient historical sights, is approximately 6 miles away. There are numerous pretty villages and castles etc. all within easy driving distance. Dover is only 25 miles away, offering more sight-seeing opportunities with the possibility of day trips to France (don't forget your passport!).

This comfortable 1930's apartment is bright and spacious and has a small balcony running its full width, overlooking the sea. Stunning sea views on offer along with the renowned sunsets of Whitstable...not to be missed! The ground floor entrance has a security entry system and gives access to two flights of stairs leading to the private front door. This opens into a hall leading to the various rooms as follows:

Two large bedrooms, one large double faces the front and has lovely uninterrupted sea views, one spacious twin looks to the rear, both with ample storage space, bedside lamps and radios. An attractive fully tiled bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

An excellent well equipped fully fitted and tiled kitchen that includes a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer.

A very comfortable and attractively furnished sitting/dining room that faces the sea with access to the balcony running the full length of the apartment. The room includes a fireplace with a coal effect gas fire, telephone (incoming calls only) TV. video and music centre.

The whole apartment has gas central heating and constant hot water. At the rear of the property are two allocated parking spaces. Children are welcome with caution as the balcony railings are on the low side. Bed linen, towels, gas and electricity are included in the price. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated and the apartment is non-smoking.
